Colin Atkinson
Director of Asset Management
Colin Atkinson joined the company in 2011 as an Asset Manager and was promoted to Director of Asset Management in 2013. Atkinson is responsible for the financial oversight of half of the Glick portfolio where he handles refinancing, reviewing and approving budgets, analyzing rehabilitation projects, and investor servicing. He is also responsible for analyzing and overseeing new acquisitions and development opportunities. Prior to joining Glick, he was a Commercial Real Estate Broker for Marcus & Millichap, specializing in the sale of multifamily housing throughout the Midwest. Atkinson graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Financial Management and holds an Indiana broker’s license
Hyacinth Garrision
Director of Payroll and Benefits Accounting
Hyacinth Garrison joined the company in 1991 as assistant accountant. She went on to serve as Payroll Assistant and Payroll & Benefits Accounting Manager before being promoted to her current position. She heads the payroll department and manages accounting and record keeping for the Eugene & Marilyn Glick Family Foundation. She is also responsible for the bookkeeping and accounting for the Glick Retirement Plan. She earned her accounting degree from Kentucky State University.
Brian Grande
Director of Purchasing
Brian Grande joined the company in 2007 and has held positions as Internal Auditor, Acquisitions & Development Associate and Purchasing Manager before he was promoted to Director of Purchasing in 2013. In addition to securing national vendor contracts and implementing cost saving initiatives, Grande has oversight responsibility for our self-storage facility; Spring Mill Self Storage. He earned his Bachelor Degree in Business from Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Grande is involved with The Glick Fund – helping central Indiana residents focus on self-sufficiency, job skills and training. He is also involved with Giving Sum, a non-profit organization of next generation leaders working together to improve Indianapolis and central Indiana.
Susan Hoy
Director of Accounting Services
Susan Hoy started with the company in 1983 as a general accountant. In her current role, she supervises the activities of the Glick accounting department. She graduated from Anderson College with a degree in accounting and management.
Mark Kibbe
Director of Purchasing
Mark Kibbe has been with the Gene B. Glick Company since 1979. He served as maintenance superintendent at three Glick properties before being promoted to divisional maintenance supervisor. As director of maintenance services, he oversees maintenance procurement, company laundry venues, service-division management and maintenance training. Kibbe is a past recipient of the company’s Max Thurston Award for corporate excellence. He is a certified apartment maintenance technician, certified apartment manager and registered apartment manager. He is a graduate of Ball State University.
Ryan Tolle
Director of Asset Management
Ryan Tolle joined the company in 2010 as an Asset Manager and was promoted to Director of Asset Management in 2013. Tolle is responsible for the financial oversight of half of the Glick portfolio where he handles refinancing, reviewing and approving budgets, analyzing rehabilitation projects, and investor servicing. Prior to joining Glick, Tolle was Vice President of Commercial Banking for First Merchants Bank, N.A. He earned his Bachelor Degree in Finance from Indiana University and an M.B.A. from Ball State University with a concentration in entrepreneurship.
Jason Whittington
Director of Operations Support
Jason Whittington joined the Gene B. Glick Company in June 2010 and oversees both the Compliance and the Applications Services departments. He previously worked as a consultant for Freehauf Consulting, and his experience includes property management accounting and operations. He is a licensed Yardi consultant and certified occupancy specialist. He has a degree in accounting from Hillsdale College. He served in the United States Army as a non-commissioned officer and tank commander.
