Dean Cantrell
Director of Management Services

Dean Cantrell joined the Gene B. Glick Company in 1983 and previously served as a divisional maintenance supervisor. He currently serves as a representative of property owners and investors, performing physical inspections and assisting in business development and acquisition evaluations. He is co-director of the pipe-line safety committee and a past recipient of the company’s Max Thurston Award for corporate excellence. He is a licensed commercial pilot and frequently flies colleagues from the corporate office in Indianapolis to Glick properties throughout the Midwest and Eastern United States.


Rebecca Collins
Director of Marketing

Rebecca joined the Gene B. Glick Company in 2011. With over a decade of sales and marketing experience, she has developed a sharp eye for how businesses can maximize their marketing. She spent her early years in the multi-family industry on-site holding various positions from Leasing to Business Manager. Rebecca has been an active member of the IAA since 1999. She has held various positions with the Indianapolis Apartment Association on the YPM committee and the Fun committee. She studied business marketing at Indiana University.


Paul Crosby
Director of Maintenance Operations and Safety

Paul joined the company in 1980 as a summer groundskeeper. He served as a maintenance assistant and a maintenance superintendent at a number of Glick properties before being promoted to director of maintenance operations and safety. In his current role he oversees the company’s maintenance fuctions, including restoration projects, budgeting and preparing work scopes and specifications. He also oversees the properties’ risk-management practices as a member of the Glick safety committee. Crosby is a past recipient of the Max Thurston Award for corporate excellence and the Indiana Apartment Association’s Volunteer of the Year Award.


Doug Elmore
Director of Engineering and Construction

Doug Elmore joined the Gene B. Glick Company in 2008 and works with Senior VP Jim Bisesi in planning and overseeing new development project for the company. He previously worked as a design engineer in private consulting firms and was a project manager with a national contractor before forming his own construction business. To date he has successfully developed and managed well over 2,000 residential home sites, in addition to commercial and retail projects. He has a degree in civil engineering from Purdue University.


Hyacinth Garrision
Director of Payroll and Benefits Accounting

Hyacinth Garrison joined the company in 1991 as assistant accountant. She went on to serve as Payroll Assistant and Payroll & Benefits Accounting Manager before being promoted to her current position. She heads the payroll department and manages accounting and record keeping for the Eugene & Marilyn Glick Family Foundation. She is also responsible for the bookkeeping and accounting for the Glick Retirement Plan. She earned her accounting degree from Kentucky State University.


Susan Hoy
Director of Accounting Services

Susan Hoy started with the company in 1983 as a general accountant. In her current role, she supervises the activities of the Glick accounting department. She graduated from Anderson College with a degree in accounting and management.


Mark Kibbe
Director of Purchasing

Mark Kibbe has been with the Gene B. Glick Company since 1979. He served as maintenance superintendent at three Glick properties before being promoted to divisional maintenance supervisor. As director of maintenance services, he oversees maintenance procurement, company laundry venues, service-division management and maintenance training. Kibbe is a past recipient of the company’s Max Thurston Award for corporate excellence. He is a certified apartment maintenance technician, certified apartment manager and registered apartment manager. He is a graduate of Ball State University.



Jason Whittington
Director of Management Operations

Jason Whittington joined the Gene B. Glick Company in June 2010 and oversees both the Compliance and the Applications Services departments. He previously worked as a consultant for Freehauf Consulting, and his experience includes property management accounting and operations. He is a licensed Yardi consultant and certified occupancy specialist. He has a degree in accounting from Hillsdale College. He served in the United States Army as a non-commissioned officer and tank commander.


Sarah Wood
Director of Property Management, Affordable Portfolio

Sarah Wood joined the Gene B. Glick Company in 2008 as Financial Analyst. In her present role she oversees all aspects of property management for roughly 10,000 units in nine states and is responsible for the company’s service coordinator program. Her portfolio includes conventional and tax credit units, as well as properties with HUD programs such as project-based Section 8 and 236. Her career experience also includes on-site property management and HUD compliance. She is active in the Indiana Apartment Association and is a certified assisted housing manager and a tax credit specialist.  She earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Indiana University.


Jodi Wright
Director of Communications

Jodi Wright was added to the Glick staff in 2008. In addition to planning and executing internal and external communications for the company, she serves as director of community relations for the Eugene & Marilyn Glick Family Foundation. Before joining Glick, she was manager of corporate communications for Emmis Communications and a writer with Indianapolis Monthly. She is a graduate of Indiana University and has a degree in journalism.


Julie Yesnick
Director of Property Management, Conventional Portfolio

Julie Yesnick joined Glick in March 2009 and oversees all aspects of property operations for the company’s market-rate communities. She previously worked as vice president of operations for a private developer in Columbus, Ohio; she was also regional vice president and director of education for the nation’s largest real estate investment trust. She holds designations of certified property manager (CPM), certified apartment portfolio supervisor (CAPS), and is a certified coach. She is active in the Indiana Apartment Association as a member of the Education Committee and the S.A.L. Leadership Committee. She holds a degree in business administration and marketing and is a veteran of the Ohio Army National Guard.
