Chad Greiwe
Vice President, Accounting and Financial Operations

Chad Greiwe has overseen Glick’s accounting and financial operations since June 2008. Before joining the company he was an audit manager with Katz, Sapper & Miller. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the Indiana Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He earned his accounting degree from Indiana University. Greiwe sits on the board of directors for Connect2Help and serves on its finance committee.


Kathy Overbey
Vice President, Asset Management

Kathy Overbey joined the company in 1992 as an administrative assistant to the executive vice president. She is currently responsible for asset management. She is a graduate of Indiana University with a B.S. in accounting and is a certified public accountant. She previously worked in retail banking for Roosevelt Bank in Missouri.


Brian K. Poore
Vice President, Real Estate Tax Consultants, Inc.

In 1994, Brian Poore joined Glick and Real Estate Tax Consultants, an affiliated company. He received a Bachelor of Science degree with a finance major from Ball State University in 1979 and holds an Indiana certified general appraiser’s license, an Indiana broker’s license, a Level II certified Indiana assessor-appraiser license and is an Indiana certified tax representative. His primary responsibilities include review and reduction of assessments and property taxes for Glick-owned communities as well as those owned by other Indiana companies. He also conducts internal valuations and rent comparability studies to help maximize value and evaluate potential acquisitions and development opportunities.


Lisa Rees
Vice President, Human Resources

Lisa Rees joined the Gene B. Glick Company in 1993 and has been a member of the HR team since 1996.  She has overall strategic and operational responsibility for the functional areas of the human resources department.  She studied accounting at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and has earned her senior professional human resources certification.


Curtis E. Taylor
Vice President, Information Technology/CIO,
Head of Purchasing

Curtis Taylor joined the Gene B. Glick Company in September 2009 and is responsible for the technology and purchasing departments for the company. He previously served as senior vice president and chief information officer for Emmis Communications. Other professional experience includes a variety of information technology positions at AlliedSignal Aerospace, Banc One Financial Services, Roadway Global Air and Eli Lilly and Company.

He serves on the board of directors for the Center for Leadership Development and is an adviser to the Ball State University Computer Technology Program. He was a member of the 2006 Indiana University Tobias Center inaugural class of Hoosier Fellows. In 2005 he received the Center for Leadership Development award for Achievement in Science and Technology. He was named one of the top 35 most influential African Americans in radio by “Radio Ink” magazine in 2007, 2008, and 2009. Taylor is a graduate of Southern Illinois University with a degree in Advanced Technical Studies. He received his Master of Business Administration from Butler University, his Master of Arts in Telecommunications Management from Webster University and a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.
