Glick to Build and Manage Solana Apartments at the Crossing
The Gene B. Glick Company will serve as the builder and manager of the Solana Apartments at the Crossing, a new luxury community located at 78th Street and North Keystone Avenue.
Residents will enjoy access to the White River and water activities
The project is owned by Milhaus Development.
The community was originally designed as condominiums, but construction halted in 2006 after only 24 apartments were complete. Solana will have a total of 336 apartments, and residents will enjoy woods, trails, a 30-acre lake, and access to the White River.
