Groundsperson needed for 608 unit D4 community located in Lorton, Virginia.
The Grounds Person is responsible for the general landscaping and curb appeal of the community.
Essential Job Functions:
* Police litter, mow lawns, trim hedges, edge walks, weed shrub beds, sweep streets and curbs, and removal of snow.
*Handle minor routine maintenance repairs such as repair and maintain fences, gates, downspouts, and splash blocks as needed.
Requirements:
*High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
*Demonstrated ability or experience in landscaping or lawn care desirable.
* Able to work overtime and emergency call in.
* Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and able to read and comprehend the English language.

Maintenance Technician needed for a 614 unit conventional / Section 8 community located on the east side of Indianapolis.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair of buildings & grounds, including (but not limited to):
* Repair and maintain simple electrical circuits, switches, outlets, lighting & plumbing fixtures, building exteriors and roofs.
* Install and repair carpet & tile
* Perform emergency repairs.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training or experience; EPA designation/certification; valid driver's license.
Must be able to work overtime and emergency call in.

The Business Applications Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing business computer applications and user needs.
Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and propose computer applications to assist the business with meeting strategic goals.
Document and support current application systems, work with vendors to ensure all systems are up to date, troubleshoot issues and develop testing plans to ensure all changes are validated before being released to users.
Requirements:
*Combination of education and experience equal to Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
*3-4 years experience as a Business Analyst or Applications analyst.
*Knowledge of / experience with the following:
*Microsoft SQL, scripting and reporting tools
*Microsoft SharePoint, Windows XP/Vista/7
*Microsoft Office 2007/2010 tool set (including PowerPoint and Access)
*Web-based technologies, Terminal Services and basic network infrastructure
*HTML, Visual Basic and Java computer languages
*Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
*Must be able to read and comprehend the English language.
