Emergency Maintenance Service

Please call contact our Emergency Maintenance Service at 574-239-3751 if you experience any of the following situations:

  • No heat in the winter or air conditioning in the summer.
  • A plumbing leak or sewer stoppage which might damage personal belongings or property.
  • No electricity.
  • Any condition which might cause a fire.
  • No water.
  • No hot water.
  • Refrigeration failure.
  • An odor of gas.

If you are experiencing a maintenance emergency during office hours, you may get a quicker response by contacting the rental office directly at 574-277-7730.
