INDIANAPOLIS – Ambrose Property Group today announced its new vision for the future which includes a new residential partnership at Waterside with the Gene B. Glick Company.

Ambrose will partner with Glick to build and manage apartment homes at Waterside – over 100 acres in downtown Indianapolis that will expand the urban core of the city for generations to come. Glick, which is headquartered in Indianapolis, is one of the largest real estate ownership, development and management firms in the country. Within central Indiana, Glick is particularly well-known for giving back to the community and for its association with Glick Philanthropies, a family of charitable initiatives, programs and organizations.

Ambrose also recently announced the finalists of the Waterside Design Competition. The finalists and members of their design teams will visit Indianapolis next month and give public presentations that describe their studio’s approach and design philosophy. The Waterside Finalist Introductions are free and open to the public, and will take place at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 12, at INDUSTRY (545 Kentucky Ave., Indianapolis, Indiana).
