Glick takes particular pride in offering a complete and comprehensive benefits package. Health, dental, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, a retirement plan and an employee assistance program are included.

401(k) Plan
This plan is a pretax contribution account, which allows you to contribute up to 80 percent of your base pay, subject to IRS limits. The company will match 120 percent of the first 5 percent and 100 percent of the next 1 percent for a total employer match of 7 percent.

Medical Plan
Glick offers a comprehensive health plan paired with an employer-funded Health Reimbursement Account. A voluntary wellness program, including annual incentives, quarterly campaigns, and wellness coaching with a personal health advocate is also available.
Dental Plan
The dental program includes benefits for preventative, basic, and major dental care, as well as orthodontia benefits. This vision program includes coverage for vision exams, glasses, and contact lenses.

Volunteer Paid Time Off
Employees earn 8 hours of paid volunteer time off each year.
Flexible Spending Account
Flexible spending accounts offer team members a way to reimburse themselves with pretax dollars for eligible health care expenses.
Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment
The company provides life insurance coverage equal to the base salary rounded down to the next increment of $5,000. Additional coverage may be purchased at competitive rates through the company's supplemental plan.
Short-term & Long-term Disability
Both plans pay a percentage of base salary if a team member is unable to work due to a non-work-related disability.
Employee Assistance Program
Glick recognizes that there are conditions or situations outside of the work environment that can affect individual performance on the job. The EAP provides assessment, crisis intervention, brief therapy, and referral for team members and their dependents who may be experiencing personal problems.
Holidays
The company recognizes 11 holidays during the year, including the employee's birthday.
Paid Time Off
Team members earn PTO time based on their length of service with the company and can roll over 80 hours of unused PTO per year.
Apartment Discount
Team members may receive a 20 percent discount off market rent if residing in an applicable Gene B. Glick apartment community.
Education Assistance
This program is designed to assist team members who are increasing their career-related skills and knowledge through courses taken at outside institutions. Team members are eligible to receive 50 percent reimbursement for tuition expenses for career-related courses.
Paid Parental Leave
Team members can take two consecutive weeks (10 work days) of paid maternity and paternity leave that can be used immediately following the birth, adoption, or foster care placement of a child. This benefit will also run concurrently with Glick’s Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and Short-Term Disability (STD) programs.
Loan Program
Provides access to affordable loans to cover unexpected financial emergencies. Interest rates on the loans vary by individual applicant.
Education Awards
Award funds available to dependents of team members. Scholarships can be used at any accredited public or private college, university, technical, vocational or trade school for tuition, required fees, room and board and books. The Central Indiana Community Foundation administers the application and selection of scholarship recipients.
