As the Property Accountant Specialist for the Glick Home Office, Lisa Kidwell is dedicated to making a positive impact on her community. Having the ability to help others is what keeps Lisa motivated in her role. “I know what I do makes a difference every day,” Lisa shared.

One of Lisa’s favorite parts about her time at Glick is the many friendships and connections she’s made over the years through the work she does.

Lisa feels as though she has been “blessed in [her] life,” which has influenced her to make it her personal mission to create a positive impact in the lives of others. “I know I have a responsibility to help those in need.”

Lisa enjoys the time she spends volunteering in her community, especially when there’s a personal connection to the outreach that she does. “I enjoy all sorts of volunteer activities,” she explains. “I love being the team captain for ‘Glick Cares’ for the More Than Pink walk through Komen. That will always have a special place for me since I lost my dad to breast cancer in May of 2021. I also try to volunteer at Gleaners Food Bank at least once or twice a year.”
