After transitioning out of the Army with five years of Active Duty service, Alec moved back home to Indianapolis and joined the Glick team in July 2020. He loves Glick’s strong internal culture, community involvement, and commitment to its values. “It’s incredible to work for a company that I know cares deeply about its mission,” he shared.

As an Asset Management Analyst, Alec loves visiting Glick properties and developing solutions that improve the lives of residents. He was surprised by the strong bonds that formed between him and his coworkers. “Everyone I have worked with has been selfless in the sense that we all want what’s best for our properties and our residents,” he said. “It feels like one big family.”

Outside of work, Alec enjoys coaching a 7^th and 8^th grade basketball team, cheering on the Colts, Pacers and Army teams, and traveling with his family.
