As we head into Spring, we take a moment to extend sincere appreciation to Ashley Woodworth, our Employee Relations Manager at Glick’s Corporate Office. For two years, Ashley has been a dedicated and integral member of #TeamGlick, consistently supporting our staff, residents, and the communities we serve.

Ashley helps foster a positive, productive work environment for all team members and gets to collaborate across Glick. When asked about her most meaningful work, Ashley reflected on her time assisting with Team Member Appreciation Week. “It gives me a lot of joy to help recognize the team’s collective accomplishments each year.”

Ashley says her colleagues and mentors are what make her growth at Glick exciting and rewarding. In particular, she credits the relationships built within Glick’s HR team as foundational to her development.

“I am very thankful to work with Lisa Rees. I have learned so much from her and admire all the hard work she does!”

She enjoys her day-to-day, and when asked to share some advice, she suggests challenging yourself and partnering with your supervisor for growth and support.

“Continue to have open communication with your direct supervisor about your future so they can help you develop a plan to achieve your goals.”

Outside of the office, Ashley enjoys a good book and a Hoosier basketball game. 

“I love to read and to meet with my friends at book club every month. My husband and I also love watching or going to Pacers games!”
