Serving as the Assistant Property Manager of Archer’s Pointe Apartments in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, Deanna Storms-Wright finds motivation in helping people, “whether I'm helping a resident, prospective resident or co-worker, that keeps me motivated in my role at Archer’s Pointe.”

Deanna said she was “proud to work for a company that exemplifies their core values.” She went on to say, “I made a lateral move to Archer’s Pointe in Fort Wayne when my former property was being sold. I preferred to stay with a company I was proud to work for rather than choosing to stay at the property.”

During her tenure with Glick, Deanna has felt rewarded in her work as an assistant property manager, saying, “I feel it is a versatile position, offering opportunities to assist in many areas, and no two days are the same!” One of her favorite memories is of resident movie nights that her property hosted out on the tennis courts.

“We would set up like a little carnival with a popcorn machine, dunk tank, bounce houses, numerous yard games, etc. Then when the sun would set, everyone would set their blankets on the tennis courts, and the movie would begin. Our residents loved that event and we always had a great turnout.”
