A: Maintenance Technician II

Q: What brought you to Glick? Why did you want to work here?

A: The company I previously worked for was bought by Glick. I like doing maintenance, and Glick makes me feel like I can move up one day.

Q: What training/education/background did you bring with you?
A: I have been doing maintenance since 1993. I have experience in apartment and senior living maintenance.

Q: What do you do in your role?
A: I turn over apartments and make sure repairs are done on time.

Q: How do you describe your role to friends and family?
A: I tell my friends and family that this job is fun, and I get to solve problems.

Q: What part(s) of your job do you like the most?
A: Every day is busy! I get to look at different problems and solve them.

A: The contributions they make to the community.
