This month, we are excited to spotlight Elizabeth Oatman, a Compliance Support Administrator whose passion for affordable housing and helping others makes a meaningful impact across Glick. Through her role, she helps teammates understand complex information and policies.

During her four years with the company, Elizabeth has learned the value of embracing the unknown and challenging herself. For those interested in a similar role, she encourages a mindset of curiosity and continuous growth.

Beyond her day-to-day responsibilities, Elizabeth likes collaborating with teammates on big projects. Outside of work, she enjoys reading thrillers and historical fiction, coaching her daughter's soccer team, and supporting her children at their activities.
