As April winds down, we’re excited to shine a light on Jana Noblet, Resident Service Coordinator at Jamestown Square Vincennes.

Jana has been part of Team Glick for over three years, bringing intention and dedication to everything she does. When asked what caring for residents means to her, Jana shared that it’s more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to make someone’s life better.

“I’m happy to help my residents when they stop by my office. I think it’s important to get to know them personally so I can give them the support they need in every stage of life.”

Jana has embraced continuous learning as an important part of her Glick journey, and she is quick to point to a mentor who has supported her growth along the way.

“I have always looked up to Misty. Her knowledge and experience have helped me grow in my career, and I appreciate that she is always there to offer advice and guidance. Glick’s training classes have also helped me be more successful in my role.”

For anyone considering a similar career path as Jana, she says: “Never forget what drew you here and what your role means to our residents. This is their home, and it is our responsibility to help support them in every phase of life.”

When she’s off the clock, Jana enjoys the little things that deliver big meaning in her life. She loves spending time with her family and close friends (especially her kids), a good shopping trip, a warm cup of coffee, and cozy nights by the fire. She also shares her grandparents’ love for antiques, with a soft spot for vintage dishes and timeless tools that tell their own tales.
