As we head into summer, we are excited to showcase Jonathan Ratzman, Assistant Property Manager at Windsor Park.

Jonathan has been with Team Glick for nearly seven years now, and connecting with and supporting his residents and teammates are his favorite parts of his job.

“I like spending time helping people develop the internal strength, discipline, and endurance to grow and succeed. It gives me great joy to see people find peace within themselves. The best moments happen when I am pulled away from my busy day. The conversations I have with my residents as I’m walking the property oftentimes end up meaning more than whatever I was rushing off to do.”

For someone considering a property management career, Jonathan stresses the importance of a positive attitude and a gracious mind.

“Give grace. Don’t be angry. Look for understanding and focus on solving the problem at hand. If we loved and respected one another unconditionally, all our problems would eventually just go away and we would be filled with joy instead!”

Outside of work, Jonathan likes to travel and takes advantage of every opportunity to spend quality time with his family.

“Something most people don’t know is that I have always wanted to go to Venice, Italy, and Scotland. But mostly, I enjoy my relationships. I spend every chance I get with my wife, our three children, and our cat. I like sports on TV, going to the movies, and playing board games. My wife and I recently went to a candle lit performance featuring music by The Beatles, and it was really special.”
