Serving as the Property Manager of Gardens of Greenbriar & Hampton Court, Kara Rockwell has been a part of the Glick family for nearly eight years. She sees opportunities for professional and career growth around every corner of her work, which motivates her to excel and learn more. Kara enjoys learning her job so that she can train and mentor her team members, like her assistant property manager.

When asked who has inspired her during her tenure at Glick, Kara said her biggest supporter is Rebecca Erlewein. “She always told me what a great Property Manager I would be before I ever even considered the position. Her hard work and tenacity are inspiring.”

Some of Kara’s fondest memories of Glick have been the various events, such as regional meetings, the annual Leadership Conference, holiday luncheons and specialized training sessions. Kara sees these events as an excellent opportunity to meet with fellow Glick team members and get a chance to put faces to names! Outside of her work at Glick, Rockwell volunteers at her community’s Homeowners’ Association, where she serves as the Vice President.
