Glick Employee Spotlight: Kimberly Barkman

Instructional Design Specialist, Home Office

As an Instructional Design Specialist for Glick, Kimberly sees her role as a creative outlet, motivating her to create one-of-a-kind training courses for team members across the company.

Over the last year, she has worked with her team to transition some of Glick’s virtual trainings to in-person training and support the rollout and management of our newest learning management system, Aspire.

During her time at Glick, Kimberly has found inspiration and encouragement from those she works with on the training team.

“Our team is a group of strong women who are passionate about what they do, and I am regularly encouraged by my boss, Julie Doss, through her leadership and unwavering positivity.”

In her free time, Kimberly enjoys volunteering with Lambswear and Random Acts of Flowers. She also volunteered her time to participate in this year’s Habitat for Humanity Women’s Build and the Glick Cares event on the Indianapolis Cultural Trail! Earlier this year, Kimberly won a cash prize while in a meeting with David Barrett, President and CEO, and immediately donated it to a nonprofit of her choice.

Thank you, Kimberly! Your creativity and philanthropic spirit are so impactful, and we are lucky to have you at Glick!
