Welcome to Spring! We recently caught up with Lisa Stiglitz, Senior Property Accountant at Glick’s Corporate Office, to hear about her experience as a longtime Glick team member.

For 13 years, Lisa has played a key role in financial records management and reporting to support compliance across the Glick portfolio. When asked what she enjoys most, Lisa said it’s the supportive culture and intentional care Glick pays toward each employee’s personal and professional growth.

“During my time at Glick, I’ve seen the implementation of Team Member Appreciation Week, Volunteer Time Off, Donation Matching, the Relief Fund, and other programs that demonstrate how much the company truly cares. From the moment you start, you’re part of the team, and you really feel like family.”

Over the years, Lisa has taken part in many memorable company and team celebrations.

“One of my favorite experiences was attending the Leadership Conference during Glick’s 75th Anniversary. It was incredible to see the impact Glick has had on our local community. We even got to hang out at Victory Field and hit baseballs on the same turf as the Indianapolis Indians.”

It’s often colleagues and mentors who make the biggest differences in our careers, and Lisa gives credit to her department’s leadership for making her experience so positive.

“I’ve worked closely with our Director of Accounting, Susan Hoy, since I started at Glick, and she really knows the department inside and out. She has seen this company grow over the years and provides daily support and guidance that has shaped my journey here.”

And did you know that Lisa’s hobbies keep her active around the community?

“Pickleball has become my newest obsession, and I usually play in a couple of leagues every week. When I’m not dinking around on the courts, you can find me at OrangeTheory, running a 5K or 10K with the Carmel Runners Club, or traveling around the country. I don’t sit still for too long!”
