Q: How did you get started with the Glick Company?

A: I got started with Glick when they acquired Bethabara Pointe in September 2017.

Q: Describe a memorable moment you have had while working for Glick.

A: The most memorable moment I have had while working for Glick was during employee appreciation week. Our employees had never experienced anything like it before. When I handed out the daily gifts and treats from the company, the smiles on their faces and the heartfelt thanks were priceless!

Q: Describe the Glick Company in one word.

A: Awesomeness

Q: What has surprised you most about working for Glick?

A: What has surprised me most about Glick is the investment the company makes in its employees through support, training and services.

Q: Who at Glick has really influenced your time with the company?

A: Kris Rank, my Regional Property Manager. She has been exceptional — she’s always willing to help or give me support.

Q: Why would you tell someone to work for Glick?

A: Glick is simply the best. The way they support their employees, value our residents and invest in the surrounding communities through philanthropy is second to none, and it exceeds anything I have ever witnessed in the business.

Q: What do you like to do in your free time?

A: I like to travel, spend time with my family, and participate in as many American Business Women’s Association (ABWA) activities as possible.

Q: If you could travel anywhere, where would it be?

A: I would choose Australia — it’s my 12-year-old son Jaydon’s dream vacation.
