It’s time for another Team Member Spotlight! For May, we’re catching up with Real Estate Analyst Navjot Singh to learn more about him and his time here with us at Glick.

In just over one year with Team Glick, Navjot has found much to appreciate — both among the work he does and the people he works with. When we asked what keeps him coming to work each day, he shared:

“The main thing that keeps me here and excited is the opportunity to do multiple deals a year with a great team. Also, the opportunity to learn and grow is amazing, and it is really fulfilling to work on affordable housing projects.”

For Navjot, staying motivated comes naturally thanks to the ever-changing opportunities that come with working on the Acquisitions team. In fact, one of his favorite memories stems from his team’s achievements in 2024.

“What keeps me motivated is continuously getting better, or having opportunities to get better, at what I do. Also, the fact that no two deals are the same is exciting and you always learn something new when working on different acquisitions. With 8 total acquisitions in 2024, it was a great feeling looking back during my time off during the end of the year and feeling very proud and accomplished of the fact that we added over 1,000 affordable units to our portfolio to be preserved!”

When it comes to finding inspiration at Glick, Navjot points to a few of the colleagues who have made a real impact in his life.

“I have been inspired by many people here at Glick, but I would say the main ones have been Frank Ferconio and Janine Betsey. They both bring their A-games to work every day and not only are they knowledgeable but also enthusiastic about the work they do.“

Outside of his work with Team Glick, Navjot is dedicated to making a positive impact and finding meaningful ways to contribute his time and energy across the city.

“I like to volunteer my time at different parks around the city such as Eagle Creek, Fort Benjamin Harrison and also at my local Sikh temple – the Sikh Satsang of Indianapolis.”
