Glick Employee Spotlight: Rebecca Erlewein
Property Manager, Carriage House East
Jul 30, 2025
This month we’re getting to know Rebecca Erlewein, a Property Manager at Carriage House East.
Rebecca has spent twelve years with Team Glick, and she has enjoyed making a positive difference in the lives of her residents and her team members. For her, the real joy in her job comes from helping her residents.
“I enjoy having the opportunity to impact our residents’ lives and my team members’ lives positively.”
Rebecca finds purpose in taking care of her residents and team members, and she shared she has made a lot of great memories with her property’s community. One memory in particular stood out as impactful for her:
"Last year I had a long-term resident of Carriage House East ask if she could hug me, [and] when she did, she said ‘I see what you are doing, you care.’”
While Rebecca has been making an impact on residents and team members alike, she has learned a lot from those who she has worked with in the past. Two people have played a large role in shaping her professional journey: first, a former Regional Property Manager who saw potential in Rebecca and encouraged her to become an Associate Property Manager; and second, a current Glick Regional Property Manager, who has played a significant role in her development.
Undoubtedly, these individuals have helped shape Rebecca’s philosophy on her role. When asked to provide advice for others who want to work in similar roles, Rebecca suggests that they “show up for your team,” and remember that “you work for your team, your team does not work for you.”
Outside of her inspirational work at Carriage House East, Rebecca loves to cook, exercise, and garden. Additionally, she shared that she loves river rafting in West Virginia – something that many people don’t know about her.
Rebecca, we thank you for your dedication to your residents, and for being an inspirational leader for your team. Keep up the good work – Team Glick is happy to have you!
