Serving as the Property Manager for Capri Meadows, Rebecca Newman has built wonderful relationships over her 23 years with Glick. She has served in many different roles as she advanced her career with the company, including maintenance tech and assistant property manager.

At Glick, Rebecca has found that the people she works with have a great impact on her. Of note, Rebecca mentions that her RPM Maria has been very influential, teaching her to grow into her role and helping her build her confidence. Rebecca credits Maria for her career growth from maintenance to management, saying she is grateful for her mentorship.

Rebecca is proud of her relationships in the community and at Capri Meadows. From fixing issues to working directly with residents, she has made a positive impact on her property. Rebecca loves working at Glick and feels like she is part of a family with the company. She says she remains engaged at work because every day is an adventure.

Outside of work, Rebecca spends her free time volunteering and hanging out with her kids. She

enjoys attending school events, field trips and watching her kids grow.
