Sandy Aviles-Barrientos started her career with Glick five years ago as an Assistant Property Manager and says her role feels much different today. “Today, I have the responsibility to manage a property. My role does not look the same at all, but I'm thankful for the growth opportunity that Glick has given me.”

Serving as the Property Manager at Bethabara Pointe Apartments in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Sandy finds motivation every day, knowing that her work can make a difference in people’s lives and help provide housing for those in need.

During her tenure with Glick, Sandy has found encouragement from many of her team members. “I have felt encouraged by my previous RPM and current RPM, as well as some corporate office personnel, employees and residents.” It is with this encouragement that Sandy feels empowered to provide help to others and to make a positive impact on her residents and fellow team members.

In her free time, Sandy continues her work of making a positive impact by volunteering at her local church and helping to serve others in her community.
