This October, we are delighted to spotlight our team member Timbra McGuire, Assistant Property Manager of Carriage House Kendallville. We have had the pleasure of having Timbra on Team Glick for a year and a half. Read on to learn a bit more about Timbra!

Timbra’s favorite thing about her job is that there never seems to be a dull moment.

“My team and I are never bored – we always have something to do or learn.”

When it comes to the core memories made while at Glick, it always comes back to the purpose behind the day-to-day work. “Being able to make a difference in people’s lives” is the best memory Timbra has had by far. And one of the colleagues who has made a difference in her own life is Debbie Miller, for her mentorship and help in Timbra’s professional growth.

Timbra’s best advice for others who may want to pursue a career in property management is to never stop being teachable.

Outside of the office, Timbra has a few hobbies that her teammates may not know about! She owns motorcycles and loves taking care of them in her free time. Her other hobbies include spending time with family and helping others in her community.
