Jul 27, 2026
As we officially welcome in the summer heat, we are thrilled to spotlight Tony Marsh, Maintenance Supervisor at Cambridge Square Grand Rapids and Plymouth Arms Apartments.
Tony has been a dedicated member of the Maintenance Team for 39 years – Wow! When asked to reflect on his role, Tony said he finds meaning in being a helpful resource for his residents and colleagues. “[I enjoy] versatility, comradery, helping others, and using the many skills I have obtained over the years.”
Tony has countless wonderful memories, and the moments he cherishes most are those spent at on-and-offsite events.
“Some of my favorites are the resident cookouts and companywide holiday parties. One year my team was invited to a two-day holiday that included a musical dinner party and a parody show.”
Tony has had the opportunity of working alongside a lot of team members throughout his tenure, each one passing down valuable knowledge. Tony credits Ryan Bitson, his former supervisor, for helping him grow into his current role.
“Ryan has been very supportive in my transition to Maintenance Supervisor. I’m grateful for his continued support and for the guidance and encouragement I receive from my entire management team.”
Tony has an associate degree in electronics engineering and is passionate about learning and adopting new skills. Outside of work he loves spending time with family, traveling, thrifting, building computers, playing guitar, gaming, and collecting vintage vinyl.
Tony, thank you for 39 years! We are so grateful for everything you do for residents and Team Glick.
