The Indianapolis Apartment Association awarded the Gene B. Glick Company four Midwest Prodigy Awards at the 2019 Midwest Multifamily Conference this week. The awards recognize the best multifamily communities, professionals and management teams in the Midwest region. Glick won the following Midwest Prodigy Awards:

Community of the Year 2-5 years: Quarry at River North

Best Floorplan 801-1100 sq. ft., 11+ years: Chelsea Village Apartments

Best Maintenance Shop: Westhaven Apartments
