Since the beginning of 2024, Glick has had an incredible number of acquisitions. I know the following updates will make you just as proud as I am of our incredible team’s work.

By the numbers:

• Nine new properties since January 1, 2024.
• A total of 1,321 units from those acquisitions, bringing us to a total of 22,266 units.
• The properties are in five states, including Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Virginia and New York.

Acquisition facts:

• Village Square in Buffalo, New York’s acquisition was welcome news to our Cambridge Square of Hamburg team members who are excited to have this second Buffalo-based property in Glick’s growing property list.
• The acquisition of Henderson Court Apartments in Bloomington, Indiana represents our fifth location in the Bloomington market, following Cambridge Square Bloomington, Woodbridge of Bloomington, Reserve at Chandler’s Glen and Country View.
• The acquisition of King’s Landing Apartments in Suffolk, Virginia represents our fourth location in the Tidewater area, including Cambridge Square of Chesapeake, Carriage House Virginia Beach and Governor’s Pointe.
