The Gene B. Glick Company hired Matthew Boldt as Assistant General Counsel. In this role, he will focus on numerous matters, including real estate transactions, contract negotiation, litigation oversight, and property management.

“As Glick’s portfolio of properties continues to expand, we are pleased to have Matthew Boldt join us in this newly created Assistant General Counsel role,” said Adam Richter, Executive Vice President & General Counsel for the Gene B. Glick Company. “He will provide legal expertise to a wide variety of interests and needs across our organization.”

Prior to joining Glick, Matthew was a partner at Lewis Wagner, based in Indianapolis. He represented businesses and individuals in commercial real estate acquisitions and transactions, including financial and contract negotiation and succession planning. Prior to his partnership, he was an associate attorney with Lewis Wagner and Young & Young.

Outside of his professional experience, Matthew is an active part of his community. He is a past board member with Heritage Place of Indianapolis, Inc., which provides older adults with comprehensive and coordinated human services to encourage and promote healthy lifestyles, independence, well-being and quality of life. He also provided pro bono work to local non-profit organizations.

He earned his law degree from Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Philosophy from the University of Dayton.
