Every year, Team Member Appreciation Week stands as a dedicated time to celebrate the individuals that make Glick a great place to work. From supporting fellow team members and being a trusted resource for residents to playing your part in creating a thriving community, you are what makes Glick special.

Every year we spend one week doing even more to let teammates know how much we appreciate them. Every day a small reward is placed at each desk, and this year that included Glick branded magnetic phone wallets and tumblers, a sweet gummy bear treat, and a special card for some bonus afternoon hours off.

A few of our Regional Property Managers helped end the week on a high note by shouting out their awesome teams and team members. Again, we are so grateful for Glick’s team who makes this company a success!
