On Wednesday, April 18, the tradition of excellence continued for the Gene B. Glick Company maintenance team members at Maintenance Mania, an annual event hosted by the Indiana Apartment Association.

Maintenance Mania competitors enjoy action-packed games that have apartment pros taking part in industry-related challenges designed to test skills and knowledge.

The challenges include installing a water heater, repairing an air conditioner, assembling a ceiling fan, installing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and others.

Our team placed in seven events, won the People’s Choice Award for Race Car Design and secured a spot at Nationals for the third year in a row!
