Amanda oversees portfolio compliance with all regulatory agencies associated with Glick and its multifamily programs. She is also responsible for compliance controls and support. Amanda enjoys working with the team to provide support and resources to empower confidence and consistency, as well as using critical thinking to foster process improvement. She feels proud and blessed to work for a company that is passionate about contributing to community improvement.

Amanda has been with Glick since 2014 when she joined as compliance auditor; her most recent role was as compliance manager. Amanda has more than 15 years of experience in the industry, with designations including: Housing Credit Certified Professional, National Compliance Professional, Certified Occupancy Specialist, and Blended Occupancy Specialist.

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors, including hiking and kayaking. She lives in Pendleton, Ind.
