Ben Grande
Director, Corporate Social Responsibility
As Director of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Ben works across departments and geographies to carry out the company’s three CSR goals of helping team members and their families reach their goals, creating transformational opportunities for residents, and strengthening the quality of life in the communities served.
Ben brings a strong background in event management to his role at Glick, having joined the organization after four years in the events department at Lucas Oil Stadium. Currently, Ben serves as a board member with the Indianapolis Cultural Trail, Inc. and the JCC Indianapolis, as well as on advisory boards for Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana and the Indiana University School of Medicine – Department of Ophthalmology.
Ben obtained his Master of Arts in Philanthropic Studies through the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy at IUPUI. He also holds a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University. When he’s not at work or supporting community organizations, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter and twin boys.
