Brad serves as a Director of Maintenance Operations for Glick where he is focused on preparing properties for HUD’s NSPIRE inspections. In addition, he works with the regional maintenance managers to ensure that properties address issues found during his inspections. Brad also helps to train regional maintenance managers and directors of maintenance operations on how to conduct these inspections.

He joined the company in 2005 and worked his way up from maintenance supervisor to regional maintenance manager, and finally director of maintenance operations. Prior to his maintenance career, Brad worked in law enforcement.

One of the things he enjoys most about his job is meeting the residents who have lived in a Glick community for a long time and hearing how much they love the way our teams take care of their homes.

When Brad is not working at Glick, he enjoys watching NASCAR, fishing and wine making.
