Julie Doss

Director, Training and Customer Service

Julie oversees the training and customer experience initiatives at Glick, dedicating herself to educating, motivating, and inspiring employees to enhance both personal and organizational performance. She thrives on the opportunity to train Glick’s newest team members, sharing the company’s rich history, core values, and service mission. Witnessing those “lightbulb moments” where others grow and develop is incredibly gratifying for her.

Before her current role, Julie served as a Training Specialist at Glick. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications from Ball State University and brings over 20 years of experience in the training field, including work with Dale Carnegie Training. Julie is also a Certified Customer eXperience Executive, further enhancing her expertise in the industry.

Beyond her professional achievements, Julie is an active member of her community. She volunteers with Avon High School Boosters and Westside United FC Soccer and is involved with the Professional Development Committee of the Indiana Apartment Association. Julie lives in Avon, IN, with her husband, Matt, and their two children. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her family and attending sporting events. She sees her children as her greatest achievement, believing they keep her young at heart and, in many ways, teach her just as much as she teaches them.
