Lonny serves as Director of Maintenance Operations where he oversees a team of regional maintenance managers and guides them on day-to-day activities. He began his career with Glick in 1998 as a Maintenance Tech at Cambridge Square Fort Wayne and continued as a Maintenance Supervisor and then Regional Maintenance Manager.

For Lonny, helping residents day-to-day and interacting with the property teams are what makes his job so enjoyable. He always looks to uphold his personal value of doing the right thing and appreciates Glick’s opportunities to continue that journey for our properties and people.

Lonny obtained a degree in Computer Aided Drafting & Design and enjoys spending time with his family and listening to music. He enjoys watching his daughters play in marching band competitions and jazz band festivals.
