Tommy Jennings is Director of Maintenance Operations, overseeing more than 13,000 units and its maintenance managers in the Glick portfolio. He serves on several committees and helps with many special projects at Glick.

Tommy began his career with Glick in 1995, starting as a part-time groundskeeper and has served in many roles of increasing responsibility, including Maintenance Technician I & II, Assistant Maintenance Supervisor, Associate Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor III, and Regional Maintenance Manager. He also holds a Journeyman’s HVAC license.

Tommy enjoys being an essential part of Glick and helping to create quality homes for our residents. He considers his Glick team a second family.

Outside of work, Tommy enjoys spending time with his wife, two children and grandchildren, as well as hunting, fishing, gardening and traveling.
