Controller

Tracee oversees the day-to-day property accounting activities of Glick and is also responsible for the Glick Accounts Receivable Department, managing resident and housing assistance receipts. In addition to her daily responsibilities, she helps manage the annual budget and audit processes, and is responsible for the submission of the annual property financial statements to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through the Real Estate Assessment Center system.

Tracee joined Glick in March 2015 and has more than 20 years of accounting experience, most of those years with a focus in property management accounting. Prior to joining Glick, Tracee honed her property accounting expertise working at AIMCO and Flaherty & Collins, and serving as an auditor focusing on low-income housing with Comer & Nowling. She also gained insight on the operations of various companies as an auditor with the Indiana Department of Revenue. Tracee obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Ball State University.

Tracee lives in Noblesville, Indiana. She enjoys spending time with her loved ones, staying active going to Zumba classes, and being a grandmother.
