2024: Glick's Year in Review

2024 was a fantastic year for Team Glick. Our team members showcased their values and those of this company by donating time and money to a variety of causes.

Glick’s Giving Tuesday impact was more than $100K
- Giving Tuesday participation increased approximately 24%, resulting in over $25,500 given by Glick team members
- With Glick’s 3-to-1 match, our company contributed $76,731, making our total Giving Tuesday impact $102,305
- More than eight organizations received funding from our team members
VTO Time Exceeded 850 hours
- Glick team members spent more than 850 hours of their time supporting charitable causes using VTO hours
  - Here are a few team members whose commitment and hard work have made significant impacts in their communities:
    - Myra Mellencamp & Cassandra Hawkins – Jackson County United Way's Rock'n Ready School Supply Distribution
    - Desmond Purnell – REAL Services at Cambridge Square LaPorte
    - Ceceily Brickley – Second Helpings
    - Jahlisa Adekoya – Mission 27 Resale
- Lisa Kidwell, a dedicated, longtime Glick team member, wins Glick Cares Award
  - Lisa Kidwell joined Glick in August 2008 as Property Accountant Specialist. She has a passion for volunteering and giving back to her local community and has been present at nearly every company volunteer event since she started. Lisa goes above and beyond in all that she does, including the annual Susan G. Komen More Than Pink Walk, the annual Women’s Build for Habitat for Humanity, while also volunteering at Gleaners Food Bank, her church, and many other organizations.

This past year also marked growth for our company’s portfolio of properties, with several acquisitions. Glick expanded our presence in Indiana and beyond in 2024:
