Mar 04, 2026

Our Portfolio

Last year was a strong year for Team Glick. We welcomed five new properties and nearly 800 new apartment homes in 2025, including:

Corporate Social Responsibility

Additionally, we are beyond proud of Team Glick’s continued commitment toward supporting our team members, their families, and our residents to strengthen the quality of life in the communities we serve. Here are a few ways the Glick team gave back last year.

Our Team
Glick awarded $100,500 to 17 dependents of Glick team members through the Glick Education Awards. The recipients are pursuing postsecondary credentials at a variety of colleges and universities as well as technical, vocational, and trade schools across the country.

Our Residents

  • Glick completed rehabilitation construction to preserve 203 apartment homes at Edsall House in Fort Wayne. Click here to watch the video! Reinvesting in aging apartment communities helps to ensure they remain quality, affordable places to call home for the next 30+ years.
  • Team members connected residents to resources and delivered programs that generated more than $24 million in resident cost savings, approximately $1,700 saved per resident served.
  • Team members delivered more than 10,000 programs to 17,900 residents across 13 states.

Our Communities

  • Glick Cares: Team Glick collectively volunteered over 2,700 hours through Glick’s paid Volunteer Time Off (VTO) benefit, Glick Cares events, and additional team member volunteering. More and more than 160 team members volunteered through Glick Cares events. Here are some highlights of our team’s contributions:
    • Helped stock shelves in the community grocery store at Community Harvest Food Bank (Fort Wayne, IN)
    • Assembled backpack buddy bags, chopped vegetables, landscaped, and detailed delivery vehicles at Community Kitchen (Bloomington, IN)
    • Sorted food and prepared Gleaners 2 Go orders at Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana, packaging a total of 3,600 meals (Indianapolis, IN). Watch the video here!
  • Dollars for Doers: This program allows team members to direct up to $100 toward a nonprofit of their choice, called Impact Dollars, when they log eight service hours. Team Glick earned $6,400 Impact Dollars for our community organizations in this program’s inaugural year.

Looking Ahead

Our portfolio now includes more than 130 properties and nearly 23,000 units, making Glick the largest apartment company in Indiana and one of the largest in the country.

We sincerely thank our team, our partners, and all others who helped foster our shared success in 2025. Here’s to another incredible year of growth and service.
